Found this dentist office through my insurance. Fabulous front desk folks… JJ and Michael were respectful, kind, thorough in their answers, took the time to answer all my questions and on top of that were funny which put me right at ease. Dr. Shelly came out to greet me which I’ve never had a dentist do. She and the dental hygienist, Dharti, are very kind and incredibly thorough. I learned things from Dr Shelly that I don’t know about before such as making sure that my mouthwash is ph correct. I live quite a distance away and will make sure to drive here to have Dr Shelly and Dharti always work on me. Literally, I had an exam and they were able to take care of my issues all on the same day. Impressive! How wonderful to have a dental office take my insurance AND treat me without having to wait 6 months or more to be seen!

For starters, I have ALWAYS HATED THE DENTIST! Even simple cleanings. I get the worst anxiety! I came into my initial appt just that way. The lady who took my XRays I think her name is Darty, was the sweetest most understanding person I’ve ever met. She tried her best to keep me calm & reassure me it would be fine. When I saw Dr. Shelly she was the same way. Very concerned abt how nervous I was & gave me options to help with that for my next appt. She explained my problem areas & was very open to my concerns. I went for my deep cleaning yesterday & PATRICIA, the hygienist was HEAVEN SENT !!!!!! I cannot brag on her enough. So gentle, knowledgable, just over all amazing! She talked to me through the whole procedure, constantly checking on me to make sure I was comfortable & believe it or not I barely felt the shots to numb me! She did a great job & I wasn’t even sore today (I’ve heard most ppl are). Let me not forget the front desk lady, Jay. Very personable, so sweet, & was so patient with me while figuring out my payment options. I recommend Woodruff Smiles for sure! Thanks again ladies!!!!
